Based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Activation (BA), talk support is MARCos way of being your virtual therapist. Set goals for yourself in each Talk Support session for exactly what you want to accomplish in terms of your mental health within the mental health app. Then, MARCo will listen to you in an Open Talks journal as you answer guiding questions to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they relate to the goal you want to address. Finally, MARCo will guide you through fun and engaging psychology-based exercises to improve your mental health.
